CSS Guru! Appear! ~sparks~

tell me why http://alphalumina.com/ displays the title left-justified on mac internet explorer and centered in win opera.

mac ie displays it centered if i don't list the doctype, which is obscene.

yes i'm too lazy to puzzle it out myself. unless no guru appears. of course nobody but me will care about or view this page so moo.
