How can NASA spend hundreds of millions of dollars on projects then have them fail for absurd reasons like confusing metric and non-metric or because someone installed some critical switches upside down?

Critical switches, for that matter, should never be designed in such a way that they can be installed upside down. When you design, you remove wrong choices and leave available only the right choice.


In other news, I predict vote fraud stealing this election from Bush.
