i wanna post songy from wedding, yet is 80mb video, so can't post full video, and as audio-only one mostly is aware of lots of children making noise and camaras winding and chairs scuffing and hiss. perhaps i approximately sorta almost fix it, post it.

Well, VideoMach struggles for 3 hours, and reduces an 80MB movie down to a 23MB movie, with me aiming more for a 2MB movie. The software is found to suck.

Pray tell, does anyone have some nice cheap software that will open an mpeg movie, let you adjust the frame rate to 1 frame per second and lower the audio compression, and save the result as an mpeg movie? Is not with the science of rockets.
