Sommelier (Wine Steward): 15% percent of the bottle price
Delivery to Room: if you requested something delivered such as a hairdryer: $1
Housekeepers (maids): $1-2 per day left at the end of your stay.

Hotel Door Persons $2 for summoning a taxi by phone, $1 for hailing from street, $2 to $5 if they opened the door for you each time you entered and left the hotel.
Room Service $5 minimum.
Coat Check $2 to $5 upon retrieval.
Housekeeping Staff $2 to $5 per night, paid daily or as a sum at checkout.

Big bucks for someone who pushes a cart of food to your door, or uncorks a bottle. A few crumbs for someone who spends lots of time every day cleaning your entire room(s).

(And of course, the person pushing the cart to the door lingers, hoping for a tip, even though an 18% tip and $2 delivery charge were automatically added to the bill.)
