I know! They're supposed to say "You have an infestation of gerbils in your third cervical vertebrae-um, but as a registered American you are entitled to the following pills which will fix that forever."
zoloft used to give me weird muscle aches sometimes. I think. It's been a couple of years since I was taking it.
It's your sleep schedule unpredictable? Being tired all the time might be directly tied to sleep, and not so much medication or something else. I know it takes me several days of proper sleep to feel "caught up" and not have weird sleepy phases during the day.
Could any of the feelings be tied to eating? My brother and his wife both have seen an alergist, and the results were eye opening. For example, almost everyone is alergic to wheat and dairy to some degree. I don't know if you have existing diet restrictions, or what your habits are, but the result of mild food alergy is often drowsiness or lack of mental focus.
You probably knew all this already. But I wanted to add something besides "Bummer, dude", and these are the only things I can think of.
