in bad news: Scotland Yard conceded Saturday that a man shot and killed at close range by a police officer on an Underground train a day earlier was innocent of any involvement in the attempted bombings of the transit system last week.
i was kind of afraid that that might be the case

i used to be too scared to go on much more than kiddie rides (well, kiddie+). but for some reason i'm not seeming as scared now, so went on things i've not gone on before. no rollercoasters this time, mostly twirlywhirlies and a bit of sploosh, +/- cotton candy.

I like the twirly rides, but I can't stand rollercoasters. I've never liked them, and it didn't help when my best friend in Atlanta convinced me to get on the "freefall" ... I counted the seconds of the ride. 23.

I left the area with a sore neck and sat with my mother while my friend went back on 14 times.
