In that I have limited resources and have to prioritize what gets answered first and what sits unread or unaddressed. Mostly work stuff.

I'm not surprised. I suppose, in that respect, I've been processing LJ like triage these days. I don't get quite as many emails as you do (that aren't spam, anyway).
