So, I'm afraid to look. How many no-competition contracts is Halliburton going to get from Bush's grand plan to spend 200 billion or whatever dollars to fix up a problem that could have been prevented for a few million dollars? And what's the story going to be? "We need fast action and can't afford to waste time quibbling over pocket change."? And how will it be used to demonize liberals?
