This year's medical problems in friends and family include:

cancer, suicide, other death, pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, leg infarction, knee and shoulder replacement, depression, bipolarity, borderline personality disorder, multiple sclerosis, gastric bypass surgery, parkinson's disease, pancreas and kidney failure, diabetes, gall-bladder removal, alcoholism and drug addiction, getting hit by cars and trucks, ...what am i forgetting?

Hm. Haven't heard of any toothaches tho.

i have a hole in one of my wisdom teeth, does that count? heh.

near constant headaches? and i'm fairly certain i broke a toe the other day. it's just been one of those weeks.

Chronic bronchitis earlier this year. Ana's scary fever.

At least I've not been hit with anything beyond minor issues this year. Personally, I think we've all had enough of IIMY. Thank goodness my new year starts November 1st.

I did that in 2001 (kidney stones), 2002 (kidney stones, other kidney), and
2004 (idiopathic pancreatitis). I'm hoping for no more.
