Call reservations - autovoice refuses to give me to operator. Eventually reach someone in India who transfers me to online tech support before I can say anything.
Call reservations - autovoice is sorry that it couldn't hear me. Eventually reach someone in India who I can't understand, who transfers me to Hertz to check on my flight reservation.
Guess which airline I will not be buying this ticket from?
Hmm...Orbitz will sell me what Delta won't, and it's the cheapest and only non-stop, so I'll take Delta anyway, unless they screw it up magically.
