i should probably locate my running shoes, and ebay them, and replace them with ones that fit, and run on yonder flatter region over there ---->

i'll be gone for a week, visiting [livejournal.com profile] ki and home office, visiting german embassy and going on architectural tours, possibly twirling and twirling in the midst of a florida hurricane trying to land

had anxiety dreams of late; last night someone whispers to me to keep alert on my 9/11 redeye flight into DC area. how am i supposed to sleep on my redeye if i have to stay awake and dash in front of the terrorists as the approach the cockpit (which in the dream resembled the front of a bus)? can't fifi sieze the controls or something and let me sleep?

one may have too much to do when the thought of making a to-do list makes one wilt. one makes one's list anyway, wiltingly.

need to find out temperature tolerance of omega-3 oil. "Polyunsaturated fats are extremely vulnerable to damage from heat, so they are not suitable for high-temperature cooking. These oils are best used in salad dressings, sauces, and dips."

it would be amusing to make an lj account named after my phone number.

i like the term "fatty acids"

to revisit: http://www.dfwnetmall.com/veg/flaxseedrecipes.htm

am attempting use of omega-3/EPA as anti-depressant for a month or so, to see if it seems to do anything, you see.

damn but i need to upload more userpics.

i asked around for omega 3-6-9.
Some of the omega's just have the omega3 while others contain the 3-6-9. Prices are also very different from one product compared to another (with the same contence).
I go to 'nature-shops' instead of the pharmacy to get them.
I still have some that my doc gave me but after those i'll need to buy some. Let me know which one you're taking? I'll keep you posted on my brand.

You know, I'm not about to be upstaged by some hurricane. Therefore, I am diligently trying to arrange for a blizzard for when you get here.

[Eensy twinge of "eep!" at your financial stress, which is quickly overridden by "yaaaay!", etc.]

in theory, said hurricane should have already destroyed it's way through florida by the time you get here. of course, that's assuming another one doesn't pop out of nowhere. oy.

*is sick of hurricane/tornado/flood/tropical storm/hazardous weather warnings*

Your musings about oil and salads prompted me to post my recipe for salad dressing (http://www.livejournal.com/users/cyotha/16893.html). Actually David taught it to me originally.

I eat way more salad now and I will never go back to store-bought salad dressing.
