the beginning that resequencing

I suddenly am pretty sure I need a PhD or equivalent in computational linguistics.

Should probably check first to make sure such a thing exists, which surely it must. It does. There.

Probably an earned honorary degree, as I can't stomach other people telling me what to learn anymore.

The downside is I'll probably actually have to put the time in to learn another language, unless I manage to first make a perfect universal translator based on language-as-quantum-liquids.

The PhD program requires 66 credits of coursework (22 courses), proficiency in two foreign languages, two Qualifying Papers, an Oral Comprehensive Examination, and a dissertation (see degree requirements, PhD). Roughly half of the student'stotal PhD coursework, i.e. 10 courses, must be in computational linguistics (including computer science). PhD students must pass a Qualifying Review no later than their third semester, including submission of a conference-quality Qualifying Paper (QP1) in Computational Linguistics. A publishable Qualifying Paper (QP2) in Computational Linguistics is due in the final semester of coursework. In general, only applicants with a substantial background or working experience in Computer Science or Computational Linguistics are admitted to the PhD program. Prospective students who lack the necessary foundation for advanced study in computational linguistics should apply to the MS program instead.

Their website is profoundly broken. File Not Found for the site map???

Oh. I also suddenly thought it was likely a very deadly flu epidemic would start soon, but lucky for you I'm demonstrably non-psychic.

Hm... i should post that list to okcupid, and taunt the match.com censors with it.

Honey, I have that list in my memories as reference. ;)

As long as you're sure you can juggle it, then go for it. I'm concerned about what sleep you may or may not get in the process. As it is, you've been having trouble being motivated and with energy (lacking); I just worry.
