I'll ask my massage therapist friends what they might recommend.

You might also want to invest in something that my physical therapist used on my back. They look like mini toilet plungers, but they're made by a medical company to loosen and release tension in your fascia.

What I mostly want for that is a rubber sledge-hammer.

Sledge...what's sledge, precious?

i have massage pillows, it still doesn't seem to allow for breathing very much.

my economical suggestion: pillow, centered between shoulders and hips, to lie upon. allows head to hang forward in a straight manner, and allows for breathing. for the boobtastic among us, a handtowel rolled up jellyroll-style, laid down the center of the pillow, also gives room for the boobs to not be popped from the pressure.

One would think the boobtasm would qualify as built-in pillows. At least if one were an unafflicted male who decided to think such.

they do help with pillowage, but it's a bit ouchy.
