Cry of the geek

Sun to make Solaris free. Half want to add machine to my desk, biogeekinate. I've always thought Linux to be a messy monster, and last time I looked (years ago) preferred FreeBSD. But in practice I just have Cygwin, which I don't use. And OSX, but moo. I lost interest in MacOS about the time that unix geeks gained interest.

Mostly I just sit around being depressed, tho, and thinking about all of the projects that I wanted to do a couple years ago. Three weeks left on the omega-3 experiment before I give up and switch to zoloft or NRE or music.

What do I love. I love the automatic peak level adjustment of EAC, so random shuffle doesn't result in random volume adjustments needed. What do I hate. I hate negative indirect communication. What do I love. I love my kitty which sits right over there, looking.

does the omega 3 experiment include regular aerobic exercise?

You're walking. And you don't always realize it,
but you're always falling.
With each step you fall forward slightly.
And then catch yourself from falling.
Over and over, you're falling.
And then catching yourself from falling.
And this is how you can be walking and falling
at the same time.
