There were these tiny sea-monkeys in the driver's licensing office getting their permits. People getting younger every day.

When I was a tot, I was taught to follow two seconds behind other cars under normal conditions. Now they are saying four seconds. One-one-thousand Two-one-thousand Three-one-thousand Four-one-thousand. Lots of people seem to follow at 1 second or 0.5 second. One-one-KHRRRHHSHSHH! I mostly avoid this.

Yesterday I dreamed I met someone I haven't seen since high school. She said hello from the theater seat behind me. I kissed her cheek, and she bitched excitedly about misc things as per usual. I woke and googled and classmate.commed for her, but still missing. Last I heard was a rumor of attempted suicide, many years ago. I don't quite get why the entire universe is not fully online and searchable. My high school psychology class took some sort of "sanity" test, and she and I came out as the two most sane. So you KNOW it's true.

Every time I register to vote somewhere new I get called for jury duty. Thus do I fear my registering here, and getting an evil months-long murder trial or something.

I think I'll get a customized license plate. Such as: A CAR
or GAEAN

or A BROOM, except I'm not all that pagan

Someone I once briefly met killed himself. Four people on my friends list have tried to kill themselves or have come close to doing so in the last couple of years (that I know of). One I called; she'd finished puking up the pills. One I stalked on the web to find an address to send absurdly inept police to, which appeared to help. One I text-chatted with. One I found out about days later. Maybe you need to do this?

Went to lotusdragon birthday party; got squishysplat pink princess football and Lite-Brite and instant-insects-just-add-water for her; was fed pizza and marzipan chocolate cake
I never had that many gifties when i was a wee birthday being, I think
Little baby weeds are growing up out of the holes where i allegedly removed the roots of the parent weeds
Vapor-cleaner vacuum thing arrived; haven't attempted auto detailing yet
Went to first with-each-other restaurant since moving in
Went to first drive-into-the-country trip since moving in
Cats taken to vet; "You sure he's 11 years old? He looks like about 5."
Haven't planted Jesebel the rose yet; waiting for the fence to go past that area.

Many blackberries have been pulled up by as much root as would pull up. I use pliers. I expect they will haunt me forever here.
In my weakness, I did not continue working via electric lights until done.
I need to buy a gate anyway.
The one rubber ducky has been found. I enter the bath.
