Maybe we should have a book-giving-away party.

Planted: two roses (Evelyn and Victoria, to keep Jesebel company), two halves bags old potatoes, that-thing-that's-not-a-rose, corn and sunflowers, old snapdragon. Items A and B remain. Mittel objects to my pretty planticulum.

Probably raise the rent in June, we move out, leave all behind. Maybe I'll have a home before I die.

My house needs an exercise room, a yoga room, a music room, and a real office for mittel. In short, my house needs an additional house.

My yard needs a fuchsia, and a sunflowers, and big bell for the crazy squirrels to ring when they get done spiralling around the tree, and a that-flower-that's-like-a-rose-but-different.

My spelling needs a checker.

My Monday needs a doctor finding.

My office corner needs a bean bag or equivalent.

My free needs cycling.

Is the housing market collapsing yet? *impatient* How I'm supposed to get my big fine house with all needed rooms if no collapse?

A new shelf has been built, helping to transform my house from a disaster area into an organized disaster area.

I have whirled 9 tomatoes and much oregano, and added stuff, and cooked it. This is my first fresh spaghetti sauce ever made. It's not, however, terribly exciting, but does come fully equipped with toasty garlic bread and pasta and wine and whining cat underfoot.

I wonder if I could take a piece of Nebu's brain and exchange it with a piece of Quarky's brain, resulting in two sociable cats who have their own lives too.

Brain ready for weekend. Dawdled, must still work some. Nosno tomorro. Boo.

218 lbs of shelving assembled. 218 lbs of shelving to go. Let us look up "lbs": "The origin is in the Latin word libra, which could mean both balance scales (hence the symbol for the astrological sign Libra, which was named after a constellation that was thought to resemble scales) and also a pound weight, for which the full expression was libra pondo, the second word being the origin of our pound."

After the shelving is up, the unshelved can be shelved, and the floor can be seen, and the replacement tablesurface for the kitchen can be designed and constructed, and the kitchen tablesurface can be stolen to put atop my desk, and the cat can be put upon it.

What does everyone do with old magazines?

Today, after driving miss raven, I pluckt 10 or 3 or 20 species of mushrooms. I shall put them in the whirring device, I think, creating a slurry, full of hopeful spoors and somethings, which upon application to the back yard, will surely produce a handsome and voluminous crop of pointy-capped critters. All for much less than you might think!

Then there was the pizza, which changed last minute when I saw the mix-of-gourmet-mushrooms special advertised, so of course that was then the thing, along with the root beer. It is still the thing, and will continue to be into tomorrow, along with the leftover approximate soup, and the leftover leftover stuffing.

Then there was the Blair UFO Project.

Financing available for the Virgin Mary In Grilled Cheese, so don't worry if you're short on cash this month and can't afford to beat the current verified bid of $15,100. [Retracted: US $15,333.68. Explanation: Entered wrong bid amount]
